Park at Mescal Trail Head Parking.
Walk on Long Canyon Road towards the north to get Long Canyon Trail Head.
From Long Canyon Trail Head, walk on Long Canyon Trail.
At "1", turn left.
At "2", turn left.
You'll get Birthing Cave.
